I hope you are all enjoying this crazy week?! The lead up to Christmas always seems a bit manic so don't forget to take a moment to stop, breathe and reflect. Following on from the previous email, how is your eating and drinking going? I'll admit I have already eaten all the purple quality streets Last night I was tempted to order pizza, as Simon was finishing Christmas shopping, but I considered what I spoke about in my last email and decided to walk to the supermarket and get the ingredients for a nice roast dinner - with lots of vegetables! Whenever you get the chance to make a better choice, take it! When you treat yourself, enjoy it - guilt free!
January is fast approaching so, with this in mind, we would like to suggest that you take some time to reflect on this year and make that list of everything you feel is substantial enough to write down - positive and constructive! Next week Sam and I will be sharing our 2017 reflections with you and will be asking you to take some time to email back with your own reflections on this year. Get a head start by thinking, talking, writing, typing or drawing! Are you brave enough to ask friends, colleagues or family members what they feel has been a success for you this year? Or what they feel could be something you could 'work on' in future? Although you will always be the one in control, opinions from those you respect are a great way to help shape your own decisions when it comes to reflection and goal setting...
I am heading to Toronto this Friday for Christmas! Sam will be running SMASH this Friday lunch time at 1pm, and sending Saturday's email, so from me - MERRY CHRISTMAS! Whatever you get up to, embrace it and enjoy it
