At SMASH Mind and Body we believe that everybody should have access to fitness and mental health support. We offer free, online classes as well as in-person (currently in London) classes and have a dedicated page for our follow-along videos. All of our classes and training is LGBTQ+ friendly and aim to offer a safe space to our amazing transgender and non-binary community. Spin
One of the most fun and sweatiest in-person classes we offer! As with all SMASH sessions, there are no expectations from us, just a mindset to enjoy how your body moves... on a bike! Currently held weekly on Wednesday evenings in central London
SMASHcamp
Think Bootcamp... but kinder and with an amazing soundtrack! It's Sam and Ash's take on a workout formula of Functional, Strength and Endurance training so it's sweaty but always FUN! A 90 minute class where nobody gets left behind! Currently held monthly in Oxford Circus, London
Power & SMASH60
Power is a full body workout where we punch, kick, sweat and smile through a 60 minute class and fight our 'monsters' that represent our stress, worries and anxieties! SMASH 60 is an hour in person SMASH class - but which style will you get? Book to find out!

Fitness in the Park! Buryfield Park, Ware
Weather dependant! 45 minutes of fun, fitness and time in the great outdoors!
All abilities are welcome and a “pay what you can” system is in place so that these sessions are available for all. The sessions will be a mix of strength and cardio but as with all SMASH classes there will be many many options so that you have the best workout for YOUR body!
Launching July 2023, Sam will trial the times of Monday at 11am and Thursday at 5:30pm so please book so that we can send updates if there are any issues/weather events!
Fit Blitz! Wodson Park, Ware
A fun and varied workout involving every muscle of the body... perfect to start your week strong in both mind and body!
Using a mix of strength and HIIT moves we will work the body to the sounds of a fun playlist to blitz the body! There will be some challenges but remember that we can do it together... Nobody gets left behind!
Every class is different and all abilities are welcome. As with all of our SMASH classes, there is never any pressure, judgement or expectation from me. I want you to have as much fun as you can whilst strengthening mind and body at the same time!
Spin. Cheshunt & Hoddesdon
Join Sam in Cheshunt from 10:30am for a 45 minute class, or Friday mornings there are two back-to-back 30 minute spin classes that can be taken separately or together.
Expect to sprint, climb and sweat along to a mix of sing-along songs and dance bangers to get your day started in the best way possible! As with all SMASH classes, YOU are always in charge of how much energy and effort you are able to put into your workout!
