Unfortunately, most people don't know how to do this effectively, and that is what SMASH Mind and Body is changing! As an employer, you have a unique opportunity to give time back to your incredible workforce and allow them the time to learn how to create better mental fitness. This will give you happier employees... and we all know that happiness in the workplace creates your best work!

We offer bespoke 45-minute well-being workshops and fitness classes that will create unity amongst your work force and strengthen mental health in all. Our workshop topics include Managing Stress, Increasing Feelings of Positivity, Work/Life Balance and many more. They are fun, informative and innovative and our goal is that everyone who attends leaves the workshop empowered to make changes to feel stronger in body and mind. The workshops are relaxed so employees can choose how much they engage, and we have an optional 7 day challenge that follows the workshop so that our suggestions can be easily completed

Our online fitness classes are filled with energy and are suitable for all levels! With different themed classes (ranging from 90's POP to classic Rock) they always feel fresh and fun, and are a great way to bring your team together to sweat, work and.... dance if they want to!

Our “workplace” wellness sessions can also be booked for groups and organisations. We work with a number of charities to provide wellbeing workshops for themselves as well as their supporters. Message us for more details to see how we can work with your organisation!

Coaching

SMASH coaching is designed to help you optimise your daily habits to be the strongest version of you in both mind and body. When you sign up to a SMASH coaching package you will meet with Sam for 5 consecutive days, starting with “day 1” where we will talk through your intentions and priorities for the next 4 weeks. Each day we will work through various exercises to help you build a strong foundation to achieve your intentions.

Coaching can also be booked as a one-off mental health session in place of a personal training session.
