SMASH Coaching!
SMASH coaching is designed to help you optimise your daily habits to be the strongest version of you in both mind and body.
When you sign up to SMASH coaching you will meet with one of the SMASH team* for 5 consecutive days, starting with “day 1” where we will talk through your intentions and priorities for the next 4 weeks.
Each day we will work through various exercises to help you build a strong foundation to achieve your intentions.
*currently the coaching sessions will take place with Sam only
A coaching webpage will be accessible for you with a recap of what we cover in the session about as well as specific resources and challenges for you each day for the next 4 weeks.
On your “day 10” we will have a follow up chat to see how you are getting on and what obstacles and challenges may have impacted your new habit plan which will help us make adjustments to the remainder of the month.
The package can also be combined with online personal training sessions at a 10% discount
